Industrial Applications

1. Separating Solid from Solid

VIBROSCREEN configurations for three types of solids- solids separation:

• • Sifting ("scalping" or "bolting"): Separating a small percentage of oversize solids from a large percentage of on-size solids
  • De-Dusting: Separating a small percentage of undersize solids from a large percentage of on-size solids
  • Classifying: Separating solids into two or more particle size fractions

2. Separating Solid from Liquid

VIBROSCREEN separators are engineered for three types of solids- liquids separation:

• • Dewatering: Separating a small to medium percentage of liquid from a large percentage of solids
  • Clarifying: Separating a small percentage of solids from a large percentage of liquids
  • Liquid scalping: Separating a small percentage of oversize solids from a large percentage of on-size solids in a slurry
